NEUROLOGY SUBSPECIALTY DAY

In Spring of 2018, the Division of Neurology Executive Committee members unanimously approved the renaming of the J.C. RICHARDSON / A.E LANG Neurology Subspecialty Day (formerly The J.C. Richardson Day Neurology Subspecialty Day) and pay special honour to the lifetime achievements and contributions of Dr. Anthony Lang. The renaming is to celebrate and this will serve as a great source of renewed energy and stimulation for the Division of Neurology.

Behavioral Neurology: Dr. Carmela Tartaglia and Dr. Sandra Black
Headache: Dr. Christine Lay and Dr. Suvendrini Lena
Stroke: Dr. Leanne Casaubon and Dr. Frank Silver

GOAL: To update neurologists, neuroscientists, and trainees in the Division of Neurology, UofT, and community neurologists on recent advances in diagnosis and management of neurological disorders

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Discuss clinical issues related to neurological disorders
  2. Integrate knowledge about new applied research developments in neurology
  3. Relate new advances in neurology to patient care
